Dumas Capital Partners assists business owners who want to augment their organic growth with growth through acquisition. The proposed transaction might be opportunistic, or it might be the result of a systematic search. We often work with buy-side M&A clients who have never acquired another company, so we will work on as small a transaction as they would like, until they have some experience buying and integrating an acquisition. We never want our buy-side clients “betting their business” on the success or failure of an acquisition, regardless of their experience level.
